Description

Semi-soft cheese with blue noble mold, with a slightly spicy taste. It is produced by hand, from cow's milk, respecting the traditions of the master cheese makers from enchanting Bavaria. To be consumed, preferably, before the date written on the package.

Store at 0-4 degrees Celsius. It must be removed from the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving. It is recommended to be enjoyed as such on appetizing cheese platters, in hot dishes with meat/fish/vegetables, in white or red sauces and even as a dessert, with fruit or jam. The most popular pairing is with grapes and walnuts, along with a good red wine, preferably Merlot.
