Mediterranean salmon salad

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Cut salmon, season on one side with salt, pepper and grease with olive oil. Season with herbs and grease with oil on the other side.

2. Cook on a grill pan for 4-5 minutes on both sides.

3. Cut onions, cucumbers and tomatoes.

4.  Arrange lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, Feta cheese, sprinkle with herbs. Next to the vegetables, put the salmon slices, avocado, lemon and sprinkle with olive oil.
