Loyalty points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. After this period, unused points will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

Can I transfer my points to others?

Loyalty points are personal and cannot be transferred to others. Additionally, they are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.

What should I do if I forgot to scan my card during a purchase?

If you forgot to scan the barcode in the app during your purchase, the points cannot be added afterward. To take full advantage of the program, make sure to present your card at every purchase.

Can I pay for my entire purchase with loyalty points?

Yes, if you have enough accumulated points, you can use them to cover the entire value of the purchase. However, the minimum price that can be paid per product is 10 bani.

What happens to loyalty points if I return a product?

Can I benefit from the loyalty card advantages if I am not a citizen of the Republic of Moldova?

The Linella loyalty program is available to any individual who is 18 years or older, resides in the Republic of Moldova, and holds a phone number issued by a mobile operator in Moldova.

Can I use the loyalty card if I don't complete my personal data?

Yes, you can use the loyalty card and accumulate points in the app even if you don't complete all your personal details. However, the accumulated points cannot be used for future purchases until the mandatory fields are completed. Once completed, you will be able to use the accumulated points.

How can I delete my account?

Your personal account can be deleted through the Linella mobile app, in the "Settings" section.

What is the value of one loyalty point?

The value of 1 loyalty point is 1 MDL (Moldovan leu). Points can only be used in Linella stores and cannot be converted into money.

Can the digital card be used together with other benefit cards?

The digital card is not compatible with other benefit cards and cannot be used simultaneously with them.
