Official Rules of the Promotional Campaign
“Fresh Breeze of Greek Island”
Held during: August 14 – September 10, 2025
SECTION 1. ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN
1.1 The promotional campaign “Fresh Breeze of Greek Island” (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign) is organized by ÎCS ORBICO MA S.R.L., a legal entity established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Moldova, with its registered office in Chișinău, Str. Varnița 20 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
1.2 The Campaign is organized by ÎCS ORBICO MA S.R.L., while the Linella store network and the Linella app are made available to the Organizer solely for the purpose of implementing the promotional mechanism. “Moldretail Group” SRL, as administrator of the Linella network, is not the organizer of the Campaign and bears no legal responsibility for awarding prizes or validating participations.
1.3 Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of this official regulation: https://linella.md/ro/stiri/regulamentul_campaniei_fresh_breeze_of_greek_island
1.4 Drafting and authentication of the Official Rules, coordination of the Campaign mechanism, the database related to the Campaign, and the provision of prizes will be carried out and managed by the Organizer.
1.5 The Organizer may modify any aspect of these Official Rules and will publish the modifications in the same manner as these Rules. The publication date will be considered the effective date of the changes.
SECTION 2. LOCATION AND DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1 The Campaign is organized and conducted throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova, in all Linella stores issuing fiscal receipts in accordance with these Rules (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Stores”).
2.2 The Campaign will take place from 14.08.2025, 00:00:00 until 10.09.2025, 23:59:59 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”). Participants may activate their participation exclusively during the Campaign Period.
SECTION 3. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS (BRANDS)
3.1 The products participating in the Campaign are detailed in this section (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Products”).

3.2 Any other products under the Ariel or Lenor brands not mentioned below cannot be used for registration in this Campaign.
3.3 Each Participating Product provides the same chance of winning.
3.4 A Participant may win a maximum of 2 prizes in the Campaign.
SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The Campaign is open to all Consumers who purchase Participating Products in the Promotion, residing or temporarily staying in the Republic of Moldova, who cumulatively meet the conditions set out in Article 5.1 (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
4.2 Participant: A person who has registered for the Campaign according to the mechanism described in these Rules. Each Participant is uniquely identified within the Campaign mechanism by scanning the Linella card barcode in the personal account in the Linella mobile app, which confirms the purchase of one Ariel product and one Lenor product in a single receipt during the Campaign Period, after reviewing these Promotional Rules.
4.3 The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:
a) representatives (including, but not limited to employees) of the Organizer;
b) representatives (including, but not limited to employees) of any companies involved in organizing and conducting the Promotion, collaborators of the Organizer, including Participating Stores;
c) family members of the representatives mentioned in points a) and b) above (meaning children, parents, spouse, siblings).
SECTION 5. PROMOTION MECHANISM
5.1 To participate in the Campaign, participants must cumulatively meet the following conditions:
5.1.1 Download the Linella digital app available on Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
5.1.2 Create a member account in the Linella digital app and enter the required personal data (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth).
5.1.3 Activate participation in the “Fresh Breeze of Greek Island” campaign by pressing the “Participă” button directly in the Linella app.
5.1.4 Purchase one Lenor product and one Ariel product in a single transaction confirmed by a single fiscal receipt from the Organizer’s cash register, and scan the barcode from the Linella app personal account at the checkout. Gift cards “Linella” or Linella vouchers won in previous campaigns cannot be used for participation.
5.1.5 Have access to the Internet.
5.1.6 All users of the Linella digital app who meet the above conditions during the Campaign Period automatically enter the prize draw.
Means of communication:
• Through the website www.linella.md
• Through Linella social networks (Instagram, Facebook)
5.1.7 Review the Promotional Rules.
5.1.8 Each purchase that meets the Campaign conditions guarantees the participant one chance to win. A Participant may win no more than 2 prizes.
5.1.9 Other products may appear on the receipt in addition to the Participating Products.
SECTION 6. PRIZE ALLOCATION MECHANICS
During the Campaign, a total of 72 (seventy-two) prizes will be awarded through a lottery draw.
6.1 Random draw prizes:
• 12 (twelve) ironing stations, each valued at 7,483 MDL, total value 89,796 MDL.
• 10 (ten) suitcases, each valued at 3,000 MDL, total value 30,000 MDL.
6.2 Loyalty points with random draw:
• 50 (fifty) Linella vouchers, each worth 300 MDL for purchases in Linella stores, total value 15,000 MDL.
6.3 Linella voucher draws will be conducted using a secure electronic draw system (without human intervention), selecting winners randomly from a database of all valid entries. Vouchers will be delivered directly to the member’s Linella app account. Voucher value will be converted into loyalty points at the rate of 1 MDL = 1 point.
Winners will receive a notification in the Linella app:
“Congratulations! You have won 300 points in the ‘Fresh Breeze of Greek Island’ campaign. Points are valid for 3 months and can be used in Linella stores. Enjoy your shopping!”
6.4 All Linella app users meeting the campaign conditions are automatically included in the Campaign.
6.5 None of the Campaign Prizes can be exchanged for cash or other goods/services. Voucher value will be converted into loyalty points usable in Linella stores.
SECTION 7. VALIDATION AND PRIZE CLAIM PROCEDURE
7.1 If the data in the Linella app account (name, phone number, birth date, email) fully matches the information registered in the Campaign, the Winner may claim the prize as vouchers directly in the Linella app account used for registration.
7.2 The prize cannot be transferred to another Linella app user.
7.3 Reasons for invalidation:
Participant has lost control of the phone number registered in the app;
Participant entered incorrect personal data during registration;
Participant is a minor;
Participant refuses the prize;
Participant is suspected of fraud or attempted fraud in the Campaign.
7.4 Prize delivery:
Points-based prizes are delivered in-app with a notification about value and validity.
“Ironing stations” and “suitcases” will be handed to the Winner in person in Moldova at a mutually agreed date/time, no later than 90 days after the Campaign ends.
Organizer reserves the right to verify proper participation to protect participants.
SECTION 8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1 By participating, Participants consent to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for Campaign purposes.
8.2 Data will be processed for registration, validation, prize awarding, announcement of winners, financial, accounting, and tax purposes.
8.3 Participants understand that processing their personal data is necessary to run the Campaign.
8.4 The database created is property of the Organizer.
8.5 Participants have rights under applicable data protection law: access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, etc.
8.6 Data will be processed during the Campaign and for legal/tax requirements.
8.7 Participants acknowledge that the Campaign runs via offline and online platforms, which may have separate privacy policies.
8.8 Organizer commits to confidentiality and security measures for personal data.
8.9 Data retention periods:
a) Winners’ data: at least 1 year;
b) Non-winners’ data: 90 days after Campaign end, then deleted.
SECTION 9. EARLY TERMINATION
9.1 The Campaign may end early for justified reasons beyond Organizer’s control.
9.2 Early termination will be publicly announced using the same channels as the Rules.
SECTION 10. CLAIMS AND DISPUTES
10.1 Disputes between Organizer and Participants will be resolved amicably or by competent courts.
10.2 Complaints related to the Promotion must be sent to the Organizer within 7 calendar days after the prize claim period ends.
10.3 Other complaints must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the conflict, with a response period of 7 days.
10.4 Organizer’s decisions on organizational matters are final.
10.5 Organizer may take measures against fraud or abuse affecting the Campaign.
SECTION 11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Force majeure means any event beyond Organizer’s control making it impossible to fulfill obligations.
11.2 If such events delay or prevent Campaign execution, Organizer is exempt from liability and must notify Participants within 5 working days.
11.3 Examples include:
a) Loss of Campaign database;
b) Damage to IT systems;
c) Attempts to fraud the Campaign electronically;
d) Any new regulation restricting or modifying the Campaign.
SECTION 12. TAXES AND DUTIES
12.1 Any tax obligations related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, except for legally withheld taxes/contributions if applicable.
