Loyalty Campaign Rules

I. Organizer & Official Regulations

The LINELLA Loyalty Program (hereinafter “the Program”) is organized by MOLDRETAIL GROUP SRL (hereinafter “the Organizer”), headquartered at MD‑2002, Moldova, Chișinău Municipality, Muncești Highway, no. 121, IDNO 1010600022460.

The Program shall be conducted in accordance with this Regulation. The terms and conditions herein are binding for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Regulation, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, with prior public notification.

Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of this Regulation.

II. Definitions

Loyalty Program – a system where Members earn Loyalty Points redeemable for goods at LINELLA stores or exchangeable for other benefits/discounts.

Loyalty Points – units of value rewarded to customers for purchases at Linella stores.

Member – any Moldovan resident aged 18+, registered and active in the Program, who accepts these terms.

Member Account – the consumer’s registered account displaying their point balance and personal data.

Access Channels – Program webpage and mobile application.

Loyalty Card – digital card issued by the Program, available across access channels.

III. Registration, Participation, Coverage & Duration

The Program operates in all Linella stores across the Republic of Moldova, during standard store hours and under this Regulation.

Launched on March 13, 2025; runs indefinitely.

Open to individuals aged 18+ at the start of the Program, residing in Moldova.

Employees of the Organizer may participate, excluding entry to any sweepstakes.

To use the Program, one must have a valid mobile number (Orange, Moldcell, Unite), smartphone (Android or iOS), internet access, and the mobile app available on Google Play or App Store.

The loyalty card can be scanned at both staffed and self‑service checkouts via a hand‑held scanner.

IV. Program Mechanics

Members earn Loyalty Points redeemable in LINELLA stores.

Points are awarded according to active promotions; specifics are provided in promo addenda.

No points are awarded for tobacco products.

1 Loyalty Point = 1 MDL.

Bonus points:

On app registration: +10 points (valid for 7 days)

On birthday: +10 points (valid for 7 days)

For participating in surveys: +2 points (valid for 7 days)

Registering indicates the Member has read, understood, and agreed to the terms and any subsequent amendments.

Members must present their Loyalty Card at each purchase.

Points expire if unused within 365 days of accrual.

Points are credited after the transaction completes.

Member balances cannot be negative.

If combined with vouchers, meal tickets, or stored-value vouchers, points cannot be earned or used—even though the transaction appears in the app.

When applying senior or other public discounts, points are neither earned nor usable, and loyalty discounts do not apply.

When purchasing clearance or culinary promotional items, no points can be earned or used for the entire transaction.

For returns:

If purchased with cash (and earned points), earned points will be deducted.

If purchased with points, those points are refunded, and any points earned during the purchase are deducted. Processing is completed within 48 hours.

To ensure security and proper use, the Loyalty Card cannot be scanned more than 10 times within 24 hours. Exceeding this limit results in permanent card blocking.

By accepting the Regulation, Members agree to participate in any sweepstakes or events.

V. Promotions & Offers

Special promotions – advertised in Linella promo magazines or via personalized offers in the Member’s account.

Personalized promotions based on purchase history, preferences, and profile data.

Offers vary in type, duration, and conditions, each described individually.

Vouchers/Coupons – digital benefits with limited validity offering advantages on certain products.

Cashback amounts are flexible and depend on period and offers.

VI. Registration Process & Personal Data

On enrolling, participants provide personal data processed by the Organizer to deliver Program services:

Last name

Phone number

Date of birth

Member account activation is completed via SMS code confirmation.

Members are responsible for monitoring their points’ expiry. Organizer is not liable for expired points due to Member negligence.

Points are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Members may fully pay with points if their balance is sufficient. Each item then costs 0.10 MDL.

The Loyalty Card is personal and non-transferable.

VII. Personal Data Protection

By joining, the Member gives explicit consent for their data to be stored and processed by MOLDRETAIL GROUP SRL for benefits, statistics, direct marketing, and informational communications.

Data processing is compliant with Law No. 133 (08.07.2011) on personal data protection.

Processing purposes: marketing, advertising, loyalty program, direct commercial communications, Linella service promotion, stats, IT support.

Organizer ensures physical, technical, and organizational data protection measures.

Participants can unsubscribe, request data deletion, or modify personal data at any time.

VIII. Modifications & Duration

Organizer may amend the Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon publication on www.linella.md.

This Regulation is valid within Moldova until Organizer decides to terminate the Program.

Any disputes between Organizer and participants should be resolved amicably; if not possible, they will be referred to competent courts.
