Because we want to offer you only the best, we constantly make careful checks, in warehouses and in stores, so that you find only fresh and quality products on the shelf. At Linella, fruits and vegetables are carefully chosen and brought daily to the store, so you can always enjoy their freshness!


And in order for you to enjoy even more time the taste and freshness of Moldovan fruits and vegetables at home, we have prepared a series of recommendations on how to store them correctly in the refrigerator:

ASPARAGUS

Put it in a jar of water, as if you were putting it in a vase. Cut the wooden back forward.

GREEN BEANS
In perfectly closed containers. Wash only before use.

CARROT
In a bowl of water, clean and cut into slices or pieces. Change the water every 3-4 days.

CELERY
In a bowl of water, cut into pieces. Change the water every 3-4 days.

CUCUMBERS AND ZUCCHINI
In the bottom drawer of the refrigerator, which protects from moisture.

EGGPLANT
In a tightly closed bag or container, on the upper shelves.

SALADS, VEGETABLES, GREENS
Washed in cold water and stored in a drain.

MUSHROOMS
In a paper bag, inside a plastic bag or a large container, which allows them to breathe without drying out.

ONIONS AND GARLIC
Store them at room temperature, in a cool, dark place. These withstand refrigerated cut, in a tightly closed container, 3-4 days.

PEAS
In the bottom drawer or in the coldest zones of the refrigerator.

TOMATOES
Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep them at room temperature. The ripe tomatoes are kept that way for up to 3 days.

PEPPER
On the upper shelves of the refrigerator, where the temperature is lightly higher. Or cut, in a tightly closed container. These are kept 3-4 days this way.

ROOT VEGETABLES (beets, carrots, celery root, sweet potato, radishes, potatoes, etc.)
Store them whole at room temperature, in a cool, dark place. Are stored in the refrigerator cut, in a tightly closed container, 3-4 days.

APPLES
It is stored in the refrigerator, but not in the bag. If you choose to wash them, wipe them off before you put them in the cold.

WATERMELON
Keep it at room temperature and eat it as soon as it is ripe. You can store the melon slices or smaller pieces in the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container, but consume them in a maximum of 2 days.

PEARS
After they are ripe at room temperature, you can store them in the refrigerator.

LARGE SEED FRUITS (PEACH, PLUM, APRICOT, NECTARINE ETC.)
After they are ripe at room temperature, you can store them in the refrigerator.
