A Moldovan wine from the Domeniile Cuza winery (part of the Purcari Group). It is a harmonious blend of the indigenous Fetească Neagră variety and Georgian Saperavi, grown in the Valul lui Traian wine region in southern Moldova.

Description

Color: Intense ruby-red with deep purple hues.
Aroma: A complex and expressive bouquet revealing notes of ripe cherry, dried plum (prune), and wild berries, with subtle nuances of spice and chocolate.
Palate: A full-bodied, velvety, and well-structured wine featuring moderately firm tannins and a long, slightly spicy finish.
Serving temperature: Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C.
Food pairing: An ideal accompaniment to red meat dishes (beef, pork), grilled meats, game, and aged hard cheeses.
