Description

At the end of 2020, the oenologist was tasked with creating an exclusive and complex wine. After countless trials and tribulations, in an emotional impulse the winemaker mixed all the 7 varieties of wines he had at hand.
As a result of this courageous experiment, a unique wine was obtained that accumulated the best qualities of each variety.
This wine was named ISTERIE in association with the emotions and the enormous effort made in the creation process.
We present a full-bodied wine, with soft and elegant tannins, very well integrated in the wine table, swept in oak barrels for at least 6 months.
