Description Taste: sweetish-fruity with a long warming aftertaste, in which spices and honey tones are heard. Color: rich amber. Aroma: A perfectly balanced drink, dominated by notes of sweet yellow stone fruit, buckwheat honey, popcorn, cinnamon, star anise and vanilla.
Proper consumption of bourbon generally comes down to three ways: Gourmets recommend drinking Jim Beam neat, from low, wide glasses with a thick bottom. These can be tumblers, rocks or shots - small stacks. Classic Jim Beam Original can be drunk with ice, but premium varieties should not be diluted.
