Description

An ideal companion for heavy, hearty dishes and baking. Like other oils in the dried herb series, it is not recommended for deep-frying or long, vigorous stir-frying, to prevent the rosemary from burning. It can be added to marinades before baking or drizzled over hot food before serving.
