Description

Fresh cabbage is cut into salads, pickled and fermented. The vegetable is also fried, stewed, baked, or made into cabbage soup or borscht. Cabbage is used as a filling for pies. To prepare cabbage rolls, minced meat is wrapped in cabbage leaves.
