What would you say if you found out that, when two people are arguing, the conflict is not actually triggered by two adults with a solid self-awareness, but by the children inside each of them? Whether we have problems related to confidence in our own strength, we doubt that our partner, boss or new acquaintance really likes us or we often have difficulties in relating, the reason is that we associate ugly or even traumatic memories with childhood; or maybe some of us had an unhappy childhood, but repressed these experiences.
