Description

An Italian bittersweet aperitif liqueur (or bitter) made with herbs, citrus fruits (sweet and bitter oranges) and roots. 
Aperol is drunk either chilled neat with ice and an orange wedge, or in cocktails, the most popular of which is the Aperol Spritz. In cocktails, it is mixed with Prosecco (sparkling wine), soda, orange juice, or tonic, usually with ice and an orange wedge for garnish.
