Description

Azerçay Buket is a high-grade large-leaf black long tea, a mixture of teas from the Lenkoran and Astara regions of Azerbaijan.

To brew delicious tea that will give pleasure to everyone, you must use clean and soft water; you should not boil it for more than 10 seconds. You should also not reuse boiled water. It is better to use a porcelain teapot instead of a metal one. Before brewing, the empty porcelain teapot must be well warmed. This is done in order to enhance extraction (the release of tea substances into water). 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea are added to 200 ml of fresh boiled water and covered with a lid. To make the tea richer, you need to cover the teapot with a linen towel and wait 7-8 minutes.
