The dessert combines the juicy taste of strawberries and the tenderness of rice dough.

The filling is a whipped mousse based on vegetable cream.

Vegan product. Does not contain GMOs.

Before use, we recommend defrosting the dessert for 5-10 minutes.

Compound

dough: rice flour, sugar, water, food coloring. Strawberry filling (38%): vegetable cream, sugar, strawberry paste (6%), dextrose, molasses, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1,2-diol fatty acid esters), thickeners (bean gum), guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose, pectin), natural flavors, acidity correctors (citric acid, concentrated strawberry juice). Strawberry infusion (12%): strawberries, sugar, thickener (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid).
