They are ideal for a healthy snack or light dinner. How to avoid drying out salmon? Once the butter has melted, add the salmon steak and fry on both sides until cooked through. It is recommended to fry the fish not for long so as not to dry it out. 2-3 minutes on each side is enough. Place the finished fish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and pour over lemon juice.
