Do I need to defrost fish medallions? The medallions are made from selected skinless fillets and are liked even by children. They're quick and easy to prepare because you don't have to defrost them! They are ideal for a healthy snack or light dinner. How to avoid drying out salmon? Once the butter has melted, add the salmon steak and fry on both sides until cooked through. It is recommended to fry the fish not for long so as not to dry it out. 2-3 minutes on each side is enough. Place the finished fish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped herbs and pour over lemon juice.
