Filling: 50% of which chicken meat 70% onion, water, proteins and soy fibers, table salt, ground black pepper, mixture of natural spices (marjoram, cardamom, coriander), diphosphate and polyphosphate stabilizers, enhancer flavor sodium monoglutamate, sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate.
Place frozen pelmeni in boiling, slightly salted water (per 400g of product, 2-2.5l of water and 10g of salt) and boil until they are good for consumption (boil for 1-2 minutes after rising to the surface).
