Like most "Beryozovsky" cheeses, "Velikoknyazhesky" is distinguished by the highest quality and excellent taste. Has a slight sourness in the aftertaste and a clean cheese aroma without impurities.

The color is pastel yellow. On the cut, small eyes of a slit-like and angular shape are well read. The crust is thin, even, without defects.
