The name Budweiser Budvar comes from the Czech town of České Budějovice, which is called Budweis in German. Budweiser Budvar is brewed from the best ingredients: Saaz hop cones grown in Žatec, pure natural water from lakes formed during the ice age, and grains of a unique variety of barley grown in Moravia. The Dark Lager variant also contains roasted Munich and caramel malts to give the beer a special aroma and a stronger, more refreshing taste.
AROMAX: Budweiser Dark Lager is brewed with the addition of roasted malts, which provide a natural and well expressed aroma of coffee and bitter chocolate
