1. Cut the chicken breast in half vertically, then in half horizontally.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap each piece in prosciutto.
4. Put rosemary on top of the chicken breast, grease with oil and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
5. Cut potatoes, put them in water, add salt and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Cut pepper into strips, put in a bowl, add parsley, juice ½ lemon, pour in the oil, season with salt and mix.
7. Add green peas to potatoes, cook for another 5-7 minutes.
8. Drain the water keeping 50 ml and mash potatoes and peas.
9. Add butter, water, sour cream and mash a little more.
10. Serve the puree with meat and salad.
