Shepherd’s pie

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Dice one onion, carrot and celery.

2. Pour oil, add vegetables, season with salt, pepper, cook for 5-6 minutes.

3.  Add the minced meat, stir, cook for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the wine, let it evaporate for a few minutes.

5. Add tomato sauce, garlic cloves, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, pepper and pour water. Stir, cook for 30-35 minutes.

6. Put potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt and cook for 25 minutes.

7. Transfer the meat sauce to a baking pan, add frozen peas, flatten.

8. Put butter in the potatoes, grate cheese, mash well.

9. Season with salt, pepper, cover the meat sauce with puree.

10. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
