1. Pour lukewarm milk into a bowl, add a teaspoon of sugar, yeast, mix and leave to foam for 5 minutes.

3. Add flour, knead, gradually add soft butter and knead for 15-20 minutes.
4. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5. Mix nuts, put them in a bowl, add sugar, cocoa, mix, add the egg white, milk, mix everything.
6. Cut the dough in half, roll out each half into a rectangle of 30/25 cm, spread out half of the mixture of nuts and cocoa, roll. Do the same with the second half of the dough and stuffing.
7. Twist two halves together and put in a baking tray greased with oil.
8. Leave Cozonac to proof for 15 minutes, spread out egg yolk, bake at 180°C for about 50-55 minutes.
