1. Put cut celery stalks, carrots and onions in a saucepan. Pour over 1.5 l of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, put the saucepan on high heat and let the soup boil for 20-25 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cut to bits onion, celery stalk, carrot, zucchini, and pepper.
3. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a saucepan, add onion, carrot, celery, along with two chopped cloves of garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Then add zucchini, pepper, two cans of diced tomatoes (150g each can). Add cooked red beans, 150g of cooked white beans, 5-6 chopped basil leaves and season everything with salt, pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes.
5. Then pour the soup prepared earlier, add 150g of pasta and cook for 7 minutes. Two minutes before removing from the fire, put 100g of frozen green beans. At the end, add a handful of chopped parsley and remove the soup from the fire.
6. The soup is served in deep bowls, garnished with Parmesan and basil.
