Spinach and ricotta cannelloni

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Pour oil into a saucepan, add garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper and fresh basil.

2. Cook the sauce for 15 minutes on low heat.

3. Put spinach in a bowl and add hot water. Leave for 4-5 minutes. Drain water and cut into small pieces.

4. Add ricotta, break an egg, add spinach, season with salt and pepper. The mixture is placed in a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

5. Spread 1/3 of the sauce on a baking tray. Stuff cannelloni with ricotta mixture. Spread the remaining sauce on top and add Mozzarella.

6. Bake at 160°C for 50-60 minutes.
