1. Take a piece of chop and flatten it well. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Season flour, eggs and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Put dried garlic, sweet paprika over breadcrumbs and mix.
3. Roll the chop in flour, egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
4. Put potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt and cook for about 25 minutes.
5. Pour oil into a pan, fry the schnitzels for 5 minutes on each side.
6. Once water starts to boil, add peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Put sour cream over the drained potatoes, add butter, mash, season with salt, pepper and mix.
