Crispy chicken with baked potatoes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, put in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, chili pepper flakes. Stir, pour over kefir, stir and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Put flour in a bowl, add sweet paprika, chili pepper flakes, salt, pepper and mix.

3. Slice potatoes, transfer the slices on a baking tray lined with baking sheet, season with sweet paprika, black pepper, salt, add three cloves of garlic, rosemary sprigs, oil and mix. Bake the potatoes at 190°C for 25 minutes.

4. Pour oil into a saucepan and start heating.

5. Roll the chicken strips in flour and deep fry for 4-5 minutes. Remove on a paper towel.

6. Serve with ketchup.
