Baked pork ribs

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Put thyme, pepper flakes, paprika, mustard powder, salt, pepper, tomato paste, honey, sunflower oil in a bowl and mix.

2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper on both sides. Grease well with the prepared paste.

3. Put in a pan, cover with baking sheet, aluminum foil, and put in the preheated oven at 190°C for 2 hours.

4. Cut potatoes, put them in a bowl, add thyme, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, sunflower oil and mix.

5. Put in a pan and bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.

6. Cut cabbage and dill, put in a bowl, add peas, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oil and mix.

7. Remove the baking sheet and foil from the meat, spread out the BBQ sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
