1. Cut salmon into equal pieces and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Put a pan on a medium heat, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook salmon until brown on one side for 2-3 minutes, turn it and cook on another side for 2-3 minutes.
2. Remove salmon from the pan, add 20 grams of butter, three sliced cloves of garlic, diced sun-dried tomatoes, 35% sweet cream, 20 ml of water, one teaspoon cornstarch, mix, then grate Parmesan.
3. Season everything with salt and black pepper and stir once more.
4. Put salmon in the sauce and turn it several times to absorb well the sauce. Then add 300 g of fresh spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes, after that you can serve the dish.
