1. Slice lemon and tomato.
2. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Put slices of lemon, tomato and thyme inside the fish.
3. Put lemon, tomato slices and thyme in a baking tray, place the fish on top and pour oil. Bake the fish at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
4. Bring water to boil, when water starts boiling, add salt and cornmeal. Stir regularly and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Add butter at the end.
