1. Put nuts, dates, cocoa in a food processor bowl and mix.
2. Flatten the mix into a 20 cm pan.
3. Put cashew nuts, coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla essence in the food processor bowl. Mix until a smooth cream is formed.
4. Pour the cream over the crust, smooth out and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
5. Decorate with berries and mint.
