COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

2. Meanwhile, separate egg whites from yolks.

3. Add vanilla essence to yolks, mix, add sugar and mix for 3-4 minutes, add flour, stir, incorporate and gradually pour hot milk.

4. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan, put it on the fire and stir constantly until the cream becomes thicker, add butter, incorporate, strain, put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

5. To prepare the dough, put flour, cold butter, sugar in a bowl, knead until sandy texture, add an egg yolk, vanilla essence, knead and form a ball, put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

6. Bake the crust at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.

7. Fill the tart with vanilla cream and fruit.
