1. Cut butter into cubes.
2. Put in a bowl, add sugar, honey and melt over a pan of simmering water for 10 minutes.

7. Roll out each ball and cut out 22 cm circles.

9. Bake at 190°C for 4-5 minutes.

11. Put sour cream in a bowl, add powdered sugar, vanilla essence and mix for 15-20 minutes.
12. Spread sour cream on the base of a plate, place a layer, cover with the sour cream and continue the procedure until all layers are arranged.
13. Put the dough trimmings, nuts in the food processor and mix.
14. Decorate the cake with crumbs.
15. Put the cake in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Decorate with fruit.
