COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Cut butter into cubes, put in a bowl, add the chocolate and melt over a pan of simmering water.

2. Remove from the heat, add powdered sugar and stir for 3-4 minutes.

3.Break eggs, pour vanilla essence, mix and add melted chocolate, mix and add flour, incorporate.

4. Grease the ramekins with butter and fill with the chocolate mixture.

5. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

6. Serve with ice cream, frozen raspberries and garnish with mint.
