1. Put the cookie pieces in a food processor bowl, crush them and add melted butter. Mix a little more, put the mix into a pan, press both the base and the edges.
2. Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C.
3. Pour sweetcream into a saucepan, add milk, butter and bring to the boil.
4. Put chocolate in a bowl, pour over the hot mixture and leave it for 5 minutes.
5. Stir and pour the chocolate mixture over the crust.
6. Smooth out and put in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
