1. Put flour in a food processor bowl, add salt, sugar, butter and mix.
2. Add sour cream, yolks and mix.
3. Transfer the dough to the table, knead, form a ball, wrap in cling film, put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Peel apples, dice them, put in a bowl, add frozen currant, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, mix, add cornstarch, stir a little.
5. Sprinkle the table with flour, cut 2/3 of the dough, roll it out in a circle, put it in a baking tray, put the filling.
6. Roll out 1/3 of the dough in a circle, cut into strips and arrange on top of the apples, grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
7. Bake the tart at 180°C for 50-55 minutes.
8. Serve with ice cream.
