Yoghurt pancakes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


1. Put yogurt in a bowl. Break eggs, add the vanilla essence, sugar and mix.

2. Add flour and baking powder, incorporate all the ingredients.

3. Heat a frying pan over a low heat, grease with oil and form the pancakes.

4. Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side.

5. Serve the pancakes with berries and honey.
