Description

Salcuta Tamaioasa an elegant wine with an elegant rose color, exhibits a suite of intense aromas of rose petals, aromatic herbs and white cherries. On the palate, notes of barberry stand out, followed by a long aftertaste, supported by an attractive freshness. Obtained from grapes harvested by hand at the end of September, vinified by the traditional method. The maceration process is a short one, so that the color does not turn towards that of red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14°С – 16°С. and keeping on a thin layer of yeast for 1 to 3 months. It is the excellent choice for seafood like lobster or caramelized salmon, but also for light rice dishes or any type of salad.
