AnimAliens Saperavi from Castel MIMI is a wine of an intense ruby red color, with purple nuances, a supple, full and velvety taste, with aromatic notes of black currants and roasted almonds, with an elegant structure and light tannin.

It harmonizes with rich lamb or game meals , with fresh vegetables and matured or semi-matured cheeses.

The ox on the AnimAliens Saperavi label from MIMI Castle is one of the main symbols of the national heraldic system, being represented both on the historical coat of arms of the Principality of Moldova and on the chest of the eagle on the current flag of the Republic of Moldova. That symbol is associated with the love of country and the sacred duty to the native land.

AnimAliens from Castel MIMI is a series of immature wines in barrels, which have fully preserved their young, invigorating and explosive character. Wines, which reflect the strong energy of the Moldovan land.
The labels are decorated with animal figures, coming from old Moldovan legends, reinterpreted in a modern spirit. These symbols, adorned with colors collected from traditional carpets, describe the bouquet of aromas that persist in each wine, while paying homage to certain locations, beliefs or moments in history.
