Description

Ingredients: Dough 50% of which, wheat flour c/s 77%, drinking water, salt for food use. Filling: 50% of which pork and chicken 70% onion, water, soy protein and fiber, table salt, ground black pepper, mixture of natural spices (marjoram, cardamom, coriander), diphosphate and polyphosphate stabilizers , flavor enhancer sodium monoglutamate, sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate.

Place frozen pelmeni in boiling, slightly salted water (per 400g of product, 2-2.5l of water and 10g of salt) and boil until they are good for consumption (boil for 1-2 minutes after rising to the surface).
