    Any individual, who resides in the Republic of Moldova and has reached the age of 18, can obtain a Zi de Zi Benefit Card. To obtain it you should:

    1. Ask for a registration form at any Linella store in the country;

    2. Fill in the form with personal data in all the required fields, sign it and hand it in to a person in charge;

    3. In exchange for the form, you receive a Zi de Zi Benefit Card absolutely free of charge.

    If the Zi de Zi Benefit Card is damaged, stolen or lost, you should go to any Linella store to fill in a form specifying the cause of the loss, after that you should follow the usual steps to get a new card.
